Payment

Payment is accepted through PayPal, Venmo, Cash app, and personal checks.  An invoice will be rendered at the end of each consultation and will include any herbal products and shipping costs where applicable.  A sliding scale is offered in an attempt to reach economic justice for all.  See the Services page for more details.

Cancellation Policy

 

Please provide 24 hours in advance.  Full price will be charged for no shows or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.  Cancellation charges must be paid before a new appointment can be made.

Shipping

​

Shipping within the continental US only.  Orders are generally shipped via USPS within 5 business days of payment received.  Shipment times vary depending on your location.

Please contact me immediately if your shipment has not arrived within 10 days.

Returns

​

All returns must be preauthorized by Milkweed Herbals via email.  For damaged goods, please notify immediately!  Please keep the packaging.

Returned Checks

​

There will be a $30 charge for all returned checks.
