In this 90 minute herbal consultation you'll get to share who you are, why your seeking herbal support, and what outcome your looking for. We will then explore your unique story by taking a deeper dive into what makes you "you". We'll do this by reviewing the answers you provide on the intake form. From this I will advise and/or formulate an herbal protocol for you. As well as offer any life style changes that are in alignment with your goals. You Must do a 90 minute consultation before requesting a follow up consultation. Ask me about package deals or if you need financial assistance. Contact me at milkweedherbals@gmail.com to set up an appointment. Once you have made an appointment, you will receive a health assessment intake form along with a herbal safety and wavier form. Both are to be filled out, signed where applicable and returned 48 hours before your appointment. Please allow ample time when filling out the forms. Cancellation Policy: Please provide 24 hours in advance. Full price will be charged for no shows or cancellations less than 24 hours. Cancellation charges must be paid before a new appointment can be made. Late Fee and Rescheduling Policy: If a client is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, the appointment will be rescheduled and a $15 late fee will be applied to the total.
