In this 90 minute herbal consultation you'll get to share who you are, why your seeking herbal support, and what outcome your looking for. We will then explore your unique story by taking a deeper dive into what makes you "you". We'll do this by reviewing the answers you provide on the intake form. From this I will advise and/or formulate an herbal protocol for you. As well as offer any life style changes that are in alignment with your goals. You Must do a 90 minute consultation before requesting a follow up consultation. Contact me at milkweedherbals@gmail.com to set up an appointment. Once you have made an appointment, you will receive a health assessment intake form along with a herbal safety and wavier form. Both are to be filled out, signed where applicable and returned 48 hours before your appointment. Please allow ample time when filling out the forms. Cancellation Policy: Please provide 24 hours in advance. Full price will be charged for no shows or cancellations less than 24 hours. Cancellation charges must be paid before a new appointment can be made. Consultations are offered on a sliding scale. Here is a brief run down on the sliding scale. The top price "Comfortable" is the actual cost of an initial consultation. It is for those who are comfortably able to meet their basic needs and have extra income left over. If you select anything below that besides "Paying it Forward" you are receiving a discount. The middle price "Doing OK" is for those who are able to meet their basic needs and yet have little to no extra income. The next to bottom price "Strapped for Cash" is for those who struggle to meet their basic needs. ***This tier offers 2 Free Initial Herbal Consultations per month. First come first serve. Available to those experiencing financial hardship. Follow up consultations and herbal products do not apply unless an agreement has been made.*** The "Pay it Forward" price goes towards supporting others in our community with Free and Discounted services.
