Service Description

I am currently seeing clients online through zoom for all appointments. There is a comprehensive intake form that you fill out and return to me 48 hours prior to our first consultation. In the initial consultation we will go over your intake form and review your main goals with working with herbs medicine. I will then take some time to review, process, and formulate an herbal protocol and any lifestyle recommendations for you. I will also ask you if you would like to schedule a guided meditation to work on any areas that you feel needs attention. This is a great way to enhance and support the herbs in their work. Once we have a plan in place and the herbal protocol is being implemented we will schedule a follow up in approximately 4-6 weeks, this will assess how you are doing, what needs adjusting, and if you have any questions or concerns. I will also be available through email for any support you require. A second follow up will take place approximately 4-6 weeks from the last.
