Sit back and relax as I guide you through a journey of inner self discovery. In these guided meditations there will be a focus on breath work, drawing your own awareness inward, a centering of the mind and body. The meditations are nature and astrology focused with an emphases on learning different techniques for clearing ones emotional energy, creating a container (knowing ones boundaries), and cultivating the life force you want. Full price will be charged for no shows or cancellations less than 24 hours. Cancellation charges must be paid before a new appointment can be made. Late Fee and Rescheduling Policy: If a client is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, the appointment will be rescheduled and a $15 late fee will be applied to the total.
